2008 ROAD TO VICTORY BICYCLE CLASSIC
A DAY TO THINK, A DAY TO RIDE, A DAY TO REMEMBER

RIDE START/FINISH: BOULDER BEER - 2880 WILDERNESS PLACE - BOULDER, CO

DIRECTIONS: DENVER - GOLDEN - FT. COLLINS

CHECK IN TIME: 6:30 - 7:20AM

RIDE START TIME: WAVE 1: 7:40AM/WAVE 2: 7:45AM

LENGTH: 44 or 60 miles

PARKING: We encourage locals to ride to the event start if you can do so safely. Otherwise parking will be available around the Boulder Beer Start and Finish.
The full route available will be ~60 miles over rolling terrain including two optional challenge sections.

PLEASE BE SURE YOU HAVE TRAINED ENOUGH AND YOUR BIKE IS IN GOOD WORKING ORDER TO MAKE THE 60 MILE JOURNEY!

A general guide would be to be able to complete 64 miles in 4.5 hours at 14mph average speed.

Challenge section #1: Rabbit Mountain is a ~1 mile climb with tuff grades for tuff legs.

Challenge section #2: Left Hand to Jamestown is a ~8 mile gentle grade around an average of 4% up to Jamestown.

Both challenges sections can be omitted from your route if you wish. This will remove a short amount and a little burn from your ride.
